After three days of judging by a stellar panel of industry experts, the finalists in Deliciously
Yorkshire’s 2024 Taste Awards have now been announced. We’re in the running and looking forward to the awards event at the Pavilions of Harrogate in November.
Our smoked dry cured bacon has proved itself a tasty contender. We dry cure and smoke it ourselves at Cross Hills using pork loins from pigs reared outdoors on Yorkshire
farms.
Of course, bacon is the archetypal staple for every fridge. It’s so wonderfully versatile, whether you want it as a key ingredient for the traditional English breakfast, a mid-morning bacon buttie with lashings of ketchup, or a tasty component of countless dishes from soups to bourguignon and Bolognese.
