Following on from our previous successes in their 2020, 2021and 2023 Great Taste Awards, we’re thrilled to have once again been recognised by the Guild of Find Food in their annual awards for 2024.
The national organisation has been championing independent food and drink businesses for nearly thirty years and to gain an award is a prestigious stamp of approval!
This tasty pie picked up a British Pie Award earlier this year, so it perhaps was not a surprise that this has now earned our Great Taste Award certification for the year.
The judges said “This is a very appealing single person pie with an attractive crimped pastry case which is well-presented and provides good crunch and no sogginess. The venison is tender and flavourful as is the red wine gravy, making this a useful standby meal. A good honest pie with plenty of flavour.”
